    • If the product you have received is damaged, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims made post the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a replacement.
  2. Photographic Evidence:
    • To initiate a replacement request, send us clear photos of the damaged product via email to contact@directfromfactory.online . The photographs should clearly show the extent of damage.
  3. Product Inspection:
    • Once we receive your email and inspect the photographs, we will get in touch with you. If necessary, we may request the product to be sent back to us for further inspection.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • If return of the product is necessary, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging to prevent further damage.
  5. Replacement Approval:
    • Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned product, a replacement will be dispatched at the earliest. The replacement process may take up to 14 business days from the day of approval.
  6. Replacement Dispatch:
    • Once the replacement is approved, we will dispatch the new product and provide you with a tracking number.
  7. Cancellation of Replacement Request:
    • If the damaged item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the replacement request. In such cases, we will notify you immediately.
